Happy Tummy Smoothie

All the nutrients, none of the bloat. 

This smoothie is protein-packed, antioxidant-rich, and simply delicious. It is perfect to cool down Pitta dosha types and energize Kapha dosha types. And, it should help make your gut happy and bloat-free. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups nut milk of choice (we love almond milk for this recipe!)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric or 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 serving of any Ayurvedic Protein® powder 

Directions:

Put all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy slowly, sip by sip.  

Serves: 1
