This smoothie is protein-packed, antioxidant-rich, and simply delicious. It is perfect to cool down Pitta dosha types and energize Kapha dosha types. And, it should help make your gut happy and bloat-free.
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1.5 cups nut milk of choice (we love almond milk for this recipe!)
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric or 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 serving of any Ayurvedic Protein® powder
Put all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy slowly, sip by sip.
