High Protein Vegan Chocolate Mousse
This simple Ayurveda Protein Chocolate Mousse is so delicious, it will make your taste buds dance. The 19g of protein per serving helps keep you full for hours. Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and good for your mind, body and soul!
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados (pitted and scooped from skin)
½ cup nut milk (we use almond!)
½ c cocoa or cacao powder
¼ c agave (or sweetener of choice)
½ TBL vanilla
2 scoops Ayurvedic Protein
Directions:
Put each ingredient in food processor and blend for 30-45 seconds until thick, mousse-like consistency. Scoop into a bowl, and enjoy! Makes 2 or 4 servings (depending on how much you want to share with others). 2 servings: 21g protein per serving 4 servings: 10.5g protein per serving Enjoy!
